IAAB GLA Recognition Program
Once Certified, Recognise Globally
Member Accreditation Body is only eligible for participate IAAB's GLA recognition program. Initial Accreditation Body participate membership program of IAAB, Once Approved by IAAB, membership of Accreditation body, then Accreditation body eligible for participate for IAAB GLA recognition program.
IAAB believe for impartial & Independent assessment for GLA recognition program, IAAB have GLA Assessment Committee for GLA Assessments to make ensure Accreditation body compliance the required of national or international standards & with IAAB standards & guidelines.
On successfully completion of GLA Assessment program, accreditation body will be awarded IAAB GLA recognition certificate & signed GLA agreement and can use IAAB GLA Logo. GLA Signatories accreditation body can recognise Certification bodies for organization & Personal certification scheme within their approved GLA scope.
Purpose of the IAAB GLA
The purpose of the IAAB's Global Recognition Arrangement (GLA) is to ensure
Provide confidence to statutory & regulatory departments & Governments organization Globally
Provide independent & impartial GLA assessment program to Accreditation bodies
Globally recognition of Management, Personal, Inspection, Testing / Calibration, products, verification & validation certification bodies which are accredited by signatories to the GLA
Globally recognition of certified organization & Personal among signatories to the GLA
Provide confidence among manufactures & supplier and services providers globally markets
Provide End-user confidence for use of certified products & Services globally
